#Service Consultant Job Description:
ReachLocal is searching for Client Service Consultants (CSC) to join our growing Local sales offices across the country.
#Primary Responsibilities:
1:Obtains customer signature's on repair order; provides customer with a copy, including estimate on Customer Pay repairs.
2:Checks with dispatcher, as needed.
3:Establishes "promised time."
4:Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, provided by the technician.
5:Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
6:Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, including opening of the hood, and recommends additional needed service.
7:Interviews/questions customer as needed to confirm the problem or refers to test technician, or if necessary, has the shop foreman drive with the customer.
8:Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
9:Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner, including handshake, and obtains vehicle information.
10:Obtains customer and vehicle data and reviews vehicle history prior to customers' arrival, when possible.
11:Schedules service appointments.

1:The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
2:The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
3:The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
4:Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
#Salary: Pay is $16.00/H.
