#Primary Responsibilities:
1:Establish a cohesive and cooperative work environment for all staff
2:Design and manage quantitative studies
3:Manage, coach and provide ongoing development to members of the research team
4:Independently prepare research deliverables and additional service offerings
5:Develop insights and solutions that address members' major business problems
6:Use intimate knowledge of the root causes of member problems to develop hypotheses for guiding research deliverables and other service offerings (e.g., benchmarking, online tools)
#Job Experience And Requirements:
1:A Bachelor's Degree
2:Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
3:Must be Internet savvy
4:Strong phone / cold-calling ability
5:Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
6:Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
7:1-2 years experience is required for this person to develop innovative ways to research talent pools with a strong emphasis on networking, warm and cold calling
#Salary: Pay is $16.00/H.
