Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:
1:Manage Sr. Accountant (supervise 1)
2:Manage annual audit
3:Assist with preparation of board presentations
4:Manage bank relationships and compliance reporting
5:Manage insurance and benefits plans
6:Operational analysis to explain cost of sales and gross profit
7:Sales tax and other tax and regulatory filings
8:Cash management and forecasting
9:Financial analysis including variance to prior period and plan financial results
10:Manage the monthly closing and prepare financial statements
11:Must have five years of accounting/accounting management experience
12:Proven leader managing accounting personnel
Job Experience And Requirements:
1:CPA a plus
2:Great Plains a plus
3:Small to Mid Size Company Experience
4:5-7 years of accounting experience
5:Sound knowledge of Mexican GAAP and general business law
6:CPA licensed; either in Mexico or in U.S.
7:Experience with new accounting system implementations
8:Reporting experience with HFM or similar software
Education Level:
Bachelors Degree
Working conditions & Work hours:
Work Hours: 40+? hours are may be required
Salary: 75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD /year
