Ability To Work:
1.
Three years of supervisory experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of multiple, large, complex computerized information systems;
2.
two years of experience performing duties equivalent to a Departmental Data Processing Manager with Santa Barbara County;
3.
three years of experience performing duties equivalent to an EDP Systems and Programming Analyst, Senior with Santa Barbara County in a computer environment with multiple, large, complex systems;
Knowledge of: principles and practices of budgeting and personnel management; negotiation techniques; contract administration; standard English usage and grammar; emergency, contingency, and strategic planning; current technology used for automated information storage, processing, and retrieval; data communication technologies; principles and techniques of computer programming and/or systems analysis; basic principles of database design and office automation; capabilities of available computer hardware, commercial software, and networks; principles of operation systems and graphical user interfaces and related software.
