1. One year of janitorial, custodial, or institutional housekeeping experience; or,
2. one year performing duties equivalent to the class of Housekeeping Services Worker or Janitor with Santa Barbara County; or,
3. equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
Knowledge of: methods, materials, and equipment used in institutional housekeeping work.
Job Description: This is a single position class in which the incumbent performs in lead capacity in housekeeping services in a health care facility.
About Salary: $13.21-$16.13 every hour / $2,298-$2,805 monthly / Range: 4508
Definition: Under direction, in a lead capacity, to direct the
activities of Housekeeping Services Workers in performing cleaning
duties; to keep an assigned area of a facility clean and orderly;
and, to perform related duties as required.
