Judicial Assistant I:
1. Equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of clerical experience; or,
2. a combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Additional Qualification: Some positions may require the ability to type at 45 words per minute.
Knowledge of: office practices; basic arithmetic; and English grammar and usage.

$13.74-$16.77 every hour / $2,389-$2,917 monthly / Range: 4586
Judicial Assistant II-Sheriff (#4291)
$15.25-$18.62 every hour / $2,653-$3,239 monthly / Range: 4796
Definition: Under general supervision, provides clerical and
technical support to staff within the Civil Services Bureau of the
Sheriff's Department through the acceptance, examination, and
processing of legal documents; and performs related duties as
required.
