1. Three years of professional experience in land-use planning or environmental review, including experience performing operational or organizational analysis of planning programs; or,
2. equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
Knowledge of: state planning laws and court decisions; case processing procedures; policies and procedures of local government planning operations and other regulatory agencies as they relate to land use regulation; computer applications used in the planning field; theory and practice of organizational development and management.
Job Description: This is a single-position classification charged with studying the case processing functions of the Resource Management Department, identifying problems, and developing and helping to implement streamlined procedures, so that the processing and cost of cases are commensurate with the significance of the projects.
About Salary: $36.80-$44.93 every hour / $6,401-$7,814 monthly / Range: 6562
